Brian's passion for service and precision is marked by his natural desire for excellence in all things. With his degree in Business Administration and his years of first-hand experience working as a temp, Brian takes a personal approach to his work as the CEO of the company. Having been on staff here full-time since 1997, Brian learned many skills from his father, but brings his own experience, personality, and enthusiasm to the table. When the opportunity allows, he enjoys traveling through Argentina and South America, where many of his relatives still live. When closer to home, Brian spends much of his time practicing his skills in martial arts, where he holds a black belt in Tae-Kwon Do.

Coming from a background in Education, Sophie's natural love for people is evident in her ability to handle challenging situations and financial matters. She has been with the company since 1986 and enjoys a fulfilling family life outside of work. Sophie has a natural desire to excel in all things and we are proud that she is a part of our company.

Chris Hawley

Chris's natural computer skills are the backbone of the company's technology end. He also is a superb coordinator and planner and excels at the technical aspects of running a business. He came on board full-time in 1999 after receiving his B.S. in Computer Science. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and also practices martial arts.

Allena holds a degree in Tourism from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in Panamá. She also holds a diploma in Human Talent Management from Universidad Interamericana - Laureate International Universities. Shortly after moving to the United States, she joined the team at WTI. Her exceptional people skills and ability to multi-task make her a valued member of the WTI team. She treasures friendship, and on her free time she designs jewelry. She enjoys travel, reading, music, and the arts.
